Rama’s Trail (M05)
DAY 01 – AIR PORT -> CHILAW -> DAMBULLA
After landing, please clear immigration and complete any visa formalities. Once you’ve collected your baggage, proceed to the arrival lounge through the green channel if you have no goods to declare to customs.
You will be greeted by a chauffeur guide from SL Trips who will call your name. After that, you will start your journey with the guide according to your itinerary.

- Manavari Temple: A key Hindu site near Chilaw, where Lord Rama is believed to have installed a Shiva Lingam.
- Munishwaram Temple: An ancient temple in Puttalam, dedicated to Lord Shiva, known for its vibrant festivals.

The journey is particularly memorable as the train descends from the hill country to the lowlands, passing through dense forests and traditional villages before reaching Rambukkana station, where your guide will be waiting to escort you to the Pinnawala Elephant Orphanage. Booking Information
Once you submit your booking details, we will proceed with the booking process. At this stage, a 20% payment is required. A booking confirmation will be sent to you within 48 hours of receiving your payment. The remaining 80% balance must be paid at least 30 days before the tour start date. Once this is completed, you can proceed with your visa application.
Cancellation Policy
All travel offers displayed on our website are provided at discounted rates. Therefore, all bookings are final, non-refundable, and cannot be combined with any other promotions. Refunds will not be provided for cancellations made within 30 days of the tour start date or for no-shows.
